Though your diet does not actually treat or cause acne, you have to remember that what is best for your body is best for your skin. So make it a point to eat healthy foods with vitamins, minerals and other supplements. This way you will be able to control acne breakouts.

Maintain optimum hygiene

Maintain hygiene, especially your skin hygiene for acne treatment. Don’t over wash or scrub your skin as it can lead to skin irritation and over production of oil to replace the washed off oil.
